Page 46 #2

When I walked outside, I imaged the ground to be terribly slick. The ground instead melted to slush as I walked down the side walk. All around were sounds of cracking trees. We imagined our power would soon go out. We prepared by taking proper precautions to make it through the night in that event. Perhaps the tree would fall and our apartment would go black.

  1. I remember feeling the same way. I was worried that the power would go out in the middle of the night and that we would all wake up frozen, but luckily it didn't happen.
